Mission Statement of The Canonical Art LLC

[email protected] I want to write a script where humanity threads the needle, avoiding an escalatory conflict spiral, finds prosperity through cheap fusion energy and one where we learn how to use computer networks in a collaborative manner restoring a spirit of brotherhood with competition replacing conflict. I want to write the script such that it achieves great recognition. I want to invite other smart people to write these scripts. I will make every effort to implement the best ideas and scripts. For the engineer, this is a code challenge. For the Navigator or dispatcher it’s a design challenge, for everyone its a chance to think about how to make a better world. Succinctly, 1) build a think tank, 2) build the things that think tank concludes will lead to a better world, 3) iterate.

Todo: Write this with the audience in mind. Maybe take the part about Microsoft out (or put more in?).

Greetings, My name is Justin Fritz; I am the founder and chief executive of The Canonical Art LLC. We live in interesting times, many would say troubled times. Some of the challenges we face are due to unforeseen effects from recent advances in technology and the way technologies impact our lives, communities, and societies. Ever since my first job as an aircraft navigator in the US Marines, I have learned the importance of speaking up when danger or unwanted outcomes loom ahead because to not steer the ship, is to invite doom. There is a way forward, and technology will help get us there. Stay tuned for a new data structure, a new computer architecture that is congruent with that data structure and, most importantly, a new way of thinking about and interfacing with technology. I did not choose this path so much as it chose me. Others will pursue this work and they may reach commercial successes before The Canonical Art LLC. Others may pursue the market with a duplicit perspective, eager to exploit a customer’s ignorance. Waste, fraud, abuse, and good old sloppy design by disinterested big tech all look the same through this navigator’s looking glass: Opportunity.
